Downtown Digest – March 2017

Downtown Atlanta is the place to be for fun, food and entertainment for the whole family. Whether you’re a native Atlantan or visiting for the weekend, there’s no shortage of things to see, do and experience in the heart of the city. Need help making plans? We’ve got you covered. Check out these fun events in and around Peachtree Center happening this month.

Locally Inspired Gallery at World of Coca-Cola

Atlanta’s arts and culture scene is on fire, and we’ve enjoyed watching the city evolve through the lens of local entrepreneurs who share their photography on Instagram. Those creative Atlantans and masters of social media have inspired a new temporary gallery that is on display at the World of Coca-Cola. Each image in the gallery, which is titled #ShareaCokewithATL, celebrates the connections among Atlanta, the beverage born here and the inspirational people who call the city home. The gallery is open to the public, and it will run through May.

Downtown Daffodil Celebration

Join Downtown Atlanta for the Downtown Daffodil Celebration, hosted by Central Atlanta Progress and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District on March 1-31. Each year, the celebration features activities and programs in support of the Downtown Daffodil Project. Enjoy Daffy Hour and Daffodil Dining specials, events and programs, hotel packages and use the interactive map to take a self-guided tour of the planting sites.
