Jurassic Quest

Jurassic Quest is America’s largest and most realistic Dinosaur Event. At the event guests will walk through the Cretaceous period, the Jurassic period and the Triassic period and experience what it was like to be among living dinosaurs. The event hosts a variety of attractions and activities for kids and families including a fossil dig, dinosaur petting zoo and more! Jurassic Quest will be at the Georgia World Congress Center from March 9 through March 11.

Publix Georgia Marathon

The Publix Georgia Marathon, half marathon & 5K is one of the Southeast’s premier distance events. Whether you’re taking on 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles or 3.1 miles, guests are encouraged to join Atlanta Track Club for their 12th annual running of this Atlanta tradition. The event will take place at Pemberton Place near Centennial Olympic Park on March 18 at 7:00 a.m. The registration cutoff date is March 14.

John Portman and the Coordinate Unit

The creation of Peachtree Center represents the determination of John Portman, the first architect-developer to create a new kind of modern urban space coined the coordinate unit. Guests are encouraged to come out and learn how this new type of development began in Atlanta and how Portman and Peachtree Center would come to influence urban development worldwide. The event will be held at Peachtree Center on Friday, March 23 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
