News Briefs: Nonprofits on the move; Super Bowl shop; Sweetwater 420 line-up

Habitat for Humanity has signed a 54,603-square-foot lease at Marquis Two tower at Peachtree Center in Downtown. The nonprofit is moving its administrative headquarters from 270 Peachtree and will occupy its new space by November 2019. “We are thrilled to welcome Habitat for Humanity to Peachtree Center,” said Deming Fish, senior vice president and principal at Colliers Atlanta. “The increased vibrancy and growth in Downtown Atlanta and its surrounding neighborhoods, combined with Peachtree Center’s renovation nearing completion, effectively positioned Marquis Two as the ideal home for the nonprofit, adding to our roster of tenants dedicated to doing good both in Atlanta and around the world.”
